System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, on page VI-8 of the Department of Agriculture's 
bill pattern, add the following new rider:
	____.  Fuel Quality Inspection Program.  Contingent on the 
passage of HB 4448, or similar legislation relating to the 
development of a fuel quality inspection program at the Department 
of Agriculture, and in addition to the amounts appropriated 
elsewhere in this Act, the Department of Agriculture is 
appropriated $____ from fees and penalties for the purpose of 
administering the program.
