System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Floor Amendment No. 295 by Eiland by inserting the 
following language at the end of Section (1):
	"It is the intent of the Legislature that any request for 
authorization to use all or a portion of the amounts above to reduce 
the Community-Based Alternatives interest list by means of a 
process under Article II, Sec. 7 of this Act, shall not be 
considered an ongoing expenditure obligation, and that any such 
authorization shall not extend beyond the state fiscal biennium 
beginning September 1, 2009."
