System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend the Pitts amendment to CSSB 1 (beginning on page 128 of 
the prefiled amendment packet) in item (1) of the amendment by 
inserting the following as Subsection c. of Rider 84:
	c. In the event funds are available from the Available School 
Fund for the purposes identified in Subsections a and b of this 
rider in the 2010-2011 biennium, the Texas Education Agency shall 
distribute any American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds 
appropriated for these purposes to local educational agencies based 
on their relative shares of funding under Part A of Title I of the 
Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.
