	Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI of the bill by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider following the provisions for the 
Health and Human Services Commission (page XI-4):
	____.  Contingent Appropriation:  Medicaid Continuous 
Eligibility.  Contingent on HB 647, Acts of the 81st Legislature, 
Regular Session, 2009, or similar legislation providing a 12-month 
period of continuous eligibility under the medical assistance 
program, being enacted and becoming law, in addition to other 
amounts appropriated by this Act, the Health and Human Services 
Commission is appropriated the amounts of $90,874,328 for the state 
fiscal year ending August 31, 2010, and $205,812,580 for the state 
fiscal year ending August 31, 2011, from the general revenue fund 
for purposes of implementing the Act.
