	Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI of the bill by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider following the provisions for the 
Health and Human Services Commission (page XI-4):
	____.  Contingent Appropriation:  Motor Vehicle Limits for 
Certain Human Services Programs.  Contingent on HB 1625, Acts of the 
81st Legislature, Regular Session, 2009, or similar legislation 
relating to the exclusion of motor vehicles in determining 
eligibility for the financial assistance program, being enacted and 
becoming law, increase the amounts appropriated to the Health and 
Human Services Commission from the General Revenue Fund for 
Strategy D.1.1, TANF (Cash Assistance) Grants (page II-75), by 
$1,113,124 for the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 2009, 
and by $1,143,032 for the state fiscal year beginning September 1, 
2010.
