	Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI of the bill by adding the following 
rider following the provisions for the Texas Education Agency (page 
XI-6):
	____.  Contingency for SB 19.  Contingent on SB 19, Acts of 
the 81st Legislature, Regular Session, 2009, or similar legislation 
relating to increasing to $1 million the amount of a taxable 
entity's total revenue from its entire business for which the 
taxable entity is not required to pay any tax and decreasing the EZ 
computation rate, being enacted and becoming law, $402,065,000 for 
the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2009, is 
transferred from the general revenue fund to the property tax 
relief fund and appropriated to the Texas Education Agency for use 
in accordance with the law governing that fund.
