System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 (House committee printing) in Article XI of the 
bill, in the Article III provisions for Community Colleges (page 
XI-11), after the existing item entitled Fund Enrollment Growth add 
the following:
	Of the amounts appropriated above for enrollment growth, 
$2,250,000 in the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2010, and 
$1,550,000 in the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2011, shall be 
used to fund contact hours generated from the growth of a new campus 
at Northwest Lakeview College in the Alamo Community College 
District.  Any amount remaining of the amount used to fund contact 
hours in the state fiscal year ending August 31, 2010, with the 
approval of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, may be 
used by the district for the same purpose in the state fiscal year 
ending August 31, 2011.
