Amend Amendment No. 32 by Keffer to CSSB 1 (prefiled 
amendment packet page 3) on line 8 by striking "Institute of Texas." 
and substituting the following:
	Institute of Texas.  Money received by the executive director 
and other senior institute staff members under this section is not 
included in the person's salary for purposes of Article IX, Section 
3.05 of this Act.  It is the intent of the legislature that 
contributions and expenditures of the foundation established to 
benefit the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas be 
annually reported to the Legislative Budget Board, the Senate 
Finance Committee, and the House Appropriations Committee not later 
than December 31.  An individual, an organization, or an employee, 
officer, or director of an organization that makes a contribution 
to the foundation is not eligible to receive grants from the 
institute.
