	Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following to Article XI of the bill, in the special provisions for 
Article IV (page XI-13):
	Administrative Judge for Drug Court Programs--Rider: 
Contingency for HB 1118.  Contingent on the enactment of HB 1118 or 
similar legislation by the 81st Legislature, Regular Session, 2009, 
relating to the appointment of an administrative judge for drug 
court programs in this state, in addition to other amounts 
appropriated for the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 
2009, the amount of $384,131 is appropriated to the comptroller out 
of the general revenue fund to provide funds for the administration 
of that legislation during the state fiscal biennium beginning 
September 1, 2009.
