	Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	Under the Article XI appropriations to the Public 
Community/Junior Colleges, add the following appropriately 
numbered rider:
	____.  Appropriation:  Renewable Energy Training Institute at 
the Eastern Williamson County Higher Education Center as approved 
by HB 2074 of the 80th Texas Legislative Session.  In addition to 
amounts otherwise appropriated by this Act, the sum of $805,000 is 
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund to the Eastern 
Williamson County Higher Education Center for training, 
curriculum, faculty, and administration of the Renewable Energy 
Training Institute.
