	Amend CSSB 1 (House committee printing) in Article XI by 
adding the following:
	____.  Contingency for HB 3391.  Contingent on the enactment 
of HB 3391 or similar legislation by the 81st Legislature, Regular 
Session, 2009, establishing a mobile automated fingerprint 
identification system pilot program, $1,000,000 is appropriated to 
the Parks and Wildlife Department for automated fingerprint 
identification system pilot program during the fiscal biennium 
beginning September 1, 2009.
