	Contingent on passage and enactment of HB 3497, or similar 
legislation, requiring the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to 
utilize the correctional career ladder for specified agency 
employees, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is appropriated 
an additional $____ in fiscal year 2010 and $____ in fiscal year 
2011 out of General Revenue for the purposes of implementing this 
legislation.
