	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	Add the following appropriately numbered rider in Article 11:                  
	____.  Under-served schools incentives funding.  Out of the 
funds appropriated in Article 1, Texas Education Agency, to the 
Teacher Incentive Awards Program, $342,102,470 for the 2010-2011 
biennium, ten percent of those funds shall be directed for the 
purpose of providing incentives for teachers to teach at schools 
that have received a less than acceptable rating by the Texas 
Education Agency in the previous school year.
