System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	Add the following appropriately numbered rider in Article XI:                  
	____. Juvenile Pilot Program. The following funds in Strategy 
B.1.1, Community Corrections Services, $15,000,000 in General 
Revenue Funds in fiscal year 2010 and $15,000,000 in General 
Revenue Funds in fiscal year 2011, may be expended only for the 
purpose of providing competitive evidence based model pilot 
programs through juvenile probation departments that demonstrate a 
reduction in recidivism and out of home placement and that would 
also provide for the diversion of youth from the Texas Youth 
Commission and targeted towards counties with high rates of 
commitments to the Texas Youth Commission.  These funds shall not be 
used by local juvenile probation departments for salary increases 
or costs associated with the employment of staff hired prior to 
September 1, 2009.
