System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	Add the following appropriately numbered rider in Article XI:                  
	____. Reentry Reporting Centers.  Included in the amounts 
appropriated in Texas Youth Commission Strategy C.1.3, Parole 
Services is $800,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $800,000 in fiscal year 
2011 in General Revenue Funds for the purpose of developing Reentry 
Reporting Centers to assist in the transition of youth from urban 
communities back to their homes.
