System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	1. On page VIII-69, reduce general revenue funding for 
Strategy D.1.1. Indirect Administration by $100,000 in Fiscal Year 
2010 and by $100,000 in Fiscal Year 2011;
	2. In Article XI, increase general revenue funding for 
University of Houston-Downtown-Rider: Community Development 
Project, by $100,000 in Fiscal Year 2010 and by $100,000 in Fiscal 
Year 2011.
