	Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	Under the Article XI appropriations to the Texas Higher 
Education Coordinating Board, Health Related Institutions, add the 
following appropriately numbered rider:
	____.  Appropriation:  Texas State University, Round Rock 
Higher Education Center Health Professions Building #1. In addition 
to amounts otherwise appropriated by this Act, the sum of 
$73,366,997 is appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund to the 
Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for 2010 of the state 
fiscal biennium to be used for building construction of the Health 
Professions and Laboratory facilities at the Texas State 
University, Round Rock Higher Education Center.
