Amend CSSB 1 in Article XI by adding the appropriately 
numbered rider and renumbering accordingly.
	Rider ____.  Out of the funds appropriated in this Act, not 
less than $1 million shall be appropriated to Texas Parks and 
Wildlife Department for improvements to Monahans Sandhills State 
Park.
