System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following new rider to Article XI:                
	(1) ____.  Low Income Discount.  In addition to amounts 
appropriated above, the Public Utility Commission shall be 
appropriated $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2010 and $30,000,000 in 
fiscal year 2011 from the GR Dedicated–System Benefit Account No. 
5100 in Strategy C.1.1, Energy Assistance, for purposes of funding 
the Low Income Discount Program.
