The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSSB 1, in Article XI, by adding the following:                        
	Appropriation: Edwards Aquifer Recovery Implementation 
Program.  Out of funds appropriated above in Strategy A.2.2, Water 
Resources Planning, the Water Development Board shall allocate 
$1,692,500 in fiscal year 2010 out of the Water Assistance Fund No. 
480 to be used for grants and studies related to the Edwards Aquifer 
Recovery Implementation Program.
	Any unexpended balances as of August 31, 2010 out of 
appropriations made herein are appropriated to the Water 
Development Board for the same purpose for the fiscal year 
beginning September 1, 2010.
