System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, on page XI, under Texas Commission on 
Environmental Quality, add the following new rider:
	Appropriation: Prostate Cancer and Breast Cancer Screening.  
In addition to amounts appropriated above in Strategy C.1.3, 
Pollution Prevention and Recycling, is $250,000 out of the 
Hazardous and Solid Waste Remediation Fee Account No. 550 to be used 
during the biennium beginning on September 1, 2009, to contract 
with the Julie Rogers Gift of Life Program to conduct prostate and 
breast cancer screening on individuals living in close proximity to 
Superfund sites.
