System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, as introduced, as follows:                                     
	Add the following appropriately numbered rider in Article XI:                  
	____.  Judicial Emergency Data Infrastructure pilot: The 
following 4.5 million dollars are appropriated out of the economic 
stabilization fund to enter into a pilot project for the creation of 
a Judicial Emergency Data Infrastructure with the District Courts 
of Galveston County.  Galveston County must use 4.5 million dollars 
for digitization of all district court case records from 1836 thru 
2009.  Funding for the pilot project begins in the fiscal year 
beginning September 1, 2009.  Any unexpended balances as of August 
31, 2010 in the appropriations made herein to the Office of Court 
Administration are appropriated for the same purpose and costs 
related to creation of the pilot project for a Judicial Emergency 
Data Infrastructure for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 
2010.
