	Amend CSSB 1 on page XII-1 (Trusteed Programs Within the 
Office of the Governor) by inserting the following appropriately 
numbered rider and renumbering any subsequent riders accordingly:
	____.  Weapons Trafficking.  Out of the funds appropriated 
above in Item 1: Byrne Justice Assistance Grants (JAG) is 
$9,030,000 for the biennium for the prevention, detection, and 
prosecution of international weapons trafficking.
