	Amend CSSB 1 by adding the following new subsection to Sec. 5 
of Article XII on page XII-7. 
	____.  Reporting Requirements.  Each state agency and 
institution of higher education receiving appropriations under 
this article shall include in the reports required by Subsection 
(b) the country of origin from which any purchases of goods, 
services and capitol or infrastructure materials were purchased.
