System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, as introduced, as follows:                                     
	(1)  In ARTICLE 12 of the bill, insert a new Section, 
appropriately numbered, to read as follows:
	Sec. ____.  Green Jobs Training Program.  To the extent 
allowed by federal law and regulations, out of funds appropriated 
above, the Workforce Commission shall allocate $10,000,000 to 
facilitate a green jobs training program.  The commission shall 
report to the Legislative Budget Board before September 30, 2009, 
regarding programs and recovery funding streams in other state and 
local agencies that could be part of a coordinated green jobs 
strategy including funds allocated for child care programs, 
vocational training initiatives, energy efficiency measures, the 
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and/or any other recovery 
funds.
	(2)  Renumber subsequent Sections of ARTICLE 12 of the bill 
appropriately.
