Office of the Governor) by inserting the appropriately numbered 
rider and renumbering any subsequent riders accordingly:
	____.  Human Trafficking and Violence Against Women.  Out of 
the funds appropriated above in item 1:  Byrne Justice Assistance 
Grants (JAG) is $18,060,000 for the biennium for the prevention and 
prosecution of human trafficking and violence against women.
