System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend Amendment No. 465 by Mallory Caraway to CSSB 1 (page 494 
of the prefiled amendment packet) by striking the text on page 1, 
lines 4-8, and substituting the following:
	"Texas Workforce Commission, the commission may use an amount 
not to exceed $2.5 million for the fiscal year beginning September 
1, 2009, for the purpose of providing education and training in 
solar energy technology to prepare the workforce for green 
technology jobs of the future."
