	Amend CSSB 1 in Article XII by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider in the Special Provisions American 
Recovery and Reinvestment Act:
	____.  It is the intent of the legislature that the Department 
of Housing and Community Affairs may use a portion of the funds from 
the Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to assist 
counties located in areas affected by a natural disaster to recover 
and digitize court records.
