System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1 as follows:                                                     
	Add the following appropriately numbered rider in Article 12 
following the special provisions regarding appropriations under 
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act:
	____.  State Vehicle Emissions Reduction Program.  Out of the 
funds appropriated in Item 1, State Energy Program, to the Fiscal 
Programs of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, $218.8 million for 
the fiscal year 2010, ten percent of those funds shall be directed 
for the purpose of reducing the emissions of state vehicles.
