	Amend CSSB 1, on page II-81 by adding the following 
appropriately numbered rider to the bill pattern for the Department 
of State Health Services:
	____.  Contingency for HB 89.  Contingent on passage of HB 89, 
or similar legislation relating to the transportation of certain 
mental health patients, by the Eighty-first Legislature, Regular 
Session, the Department of State Health Services is hereby 
appropriated $125,000 in General Revenue Funds in fiscal year 2010 
and $125,000 in General Revenue Funds in fiscal year 2011 from 
Strategy B.2.1, Mental Health Services for Adults, to implement the 
provisions of the legislation.
