System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 1, Article I, Comptroller of Public Accounts, by 
adding the following appropriately numbered section to read as 
follows:
	Sec. ____.  Historical Use of General Revenue Dedicated 
Funds.  Out of the funds appropriated above, the Comptroller of 
Public Accounts shall prepare a report on the historical use of 
General Revenue Dedicated Funds.  The report shall cover the period 
beginning with the 2000-2001 biennium through the 2010-2011 
biennium.  For each biennium, the report shall include the 
following information itemized by General Revenue Dedicated Fund:  
the amount of revenue collected or estimated to be collected, the 
amount expended or appropriated, the actual or estimated ending 
balance, and the amount of revenue and balances that were available 
for certification of General Revenue appropriations.  A copy of the 
report shall be placed on the agency's website.
