Amend CSSB 1 in Article II of the bill, following the 
appropriations to the Health and Human Services Commission, by 
adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
	____.  Medicaid Reimbursement Rates for Primary Care and 
Nursing Home Services.  The Health and Human Services Commission 
shall annually adjust fees, charges, and rates paid for Medicaid 
primary care and nursing home services to, at a minimum, account for 
inflation, and shall use funds appropriated to the commission in 
Goal B, Medicaid (page II-72), to pay reimbursements at those 
rates, subject to the other provisions of this Act.
