	Amend CSSB 1, Article III (Texas Education Agency) as 
follows:             
	(1) Under Method of Financing, General Revenue Fund, 
Foundation School Fund No. 193, for the Fiscal Year ending August 
31, 2010, strike "12,180,464,992" and insert "9,180,464,992".
	(2) Under Method of Financing, Other Funds, Property Tax 
Relief Fund, for the Fiscal Year ending August 31, 2010, strike the 
number "2,748,200,000" and insert the number "5,748,200,000".
	(3) Under Section 3, Foundation School Program Funding, 
strike paragraph 5.
