	Amend CSSB 1 in Article III of the bill, in Rider 46 following 
the appropriation to the Texas Education Agency (page III-15), by 
striking the first sentence and substituting the following:
	In the expenditure of adult education funds appropriated 
above, priority shall be given to adult literacy programs that 
include training in financial literacy and occupational foundation 
skills.
