Amend CSSB 12 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  In SECTION 1.10 of the bill, in added Section 
418.050(e), Government Code (page 5, line 9), strike "may" and 
substitute "shall".

	(2)  In SECTION 1.10 of the bill, in added Section 
418.050(e), Government Code (page 5, lines 10 and 11), strike "or 
administer the credentialing process separately".
