Amend CSSB 12 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1.19 of 
the bill, in added Section 541.201(13-a)(C)(ii), Transportation 
Code (page 8, line 43), between "person's designee" and the period, 
by inserting the following:

, provided that use of the private vehicle must, if applicable, 
comply with any rule adopted by the commissioners court of a county 
under Section 170.001, Local Government Code
