Amend CSSB 69 (Senate committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered section to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent sections of the bill as appropriate:
	SECTION __.  Section 531.048, Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (d-1) to read as follows:
	(d-1)  Notwithstanding Subsection (d), the Department of 
Family and Protective Services shall ensure that the average 
caseload for caseworkers in the child protective services division 
allows 95% of children in the department's conservatorship to be 
visited by the child's caseworker at least one time each month.
