The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 93 on third reading by adding the following SECTION 
to the bill, appropriately numbered, and renumbering subsequent 
SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  This Act does not make an appropriation.  This 
Act takes effect only if a specific appropriation for the 
implementation of this Act is provided in a general appropriations 
act of the 81st Legislature.
