Amend SB 100 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (b)(2), 
Section 21.461, Education Code (committee printing page 1, line 
25-26), between "scientifically based research" and "to be 
effective" insert ", as defined by Section 9101, No Child Left 
Behind Act of 2001 (20 U.S.C. Section 7801),"
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Subsection (d), 
Section 21.461 (committee printing page 1, line 36-37), between 
"for the purpose," and "the commissioner shall pay" insert "as well 
as other available sources,"
