The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Add the following amendment to CSSB 175:                                     
	SECTION ____ Section 51.803, Education Code, is amended by 
amending Subsection (a) and adding Subsections (a-3) to read as 
follows:
	(a-3) If an institution of higher education elects to offer 
admission under section (a-1), the institution shall allow all 
Texas resident students to pay tuition fees at the rate provided for 
Texas residents under Section 54.058(d) for the term or semester to 
which admitted.
