	Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 (floor substitute) by 
Representative Branch to CSSB 175, in SECTION 1 of the bill, as 
follows:
	(1)  In the recital (page 1, lines 4 and 5), strike 
"Subsections (a-1), (a-2), and (g)" and substitute "Subsections 
(a-1), (a-2), (g), and (h)".
	(2)  Immediately following added Section 51.803(g), 
Education Code (page 4, between lines 18 and 19), insert the 
following:
	(h) Each general academic teaching institution that offers 
admission under Subsection (a-1) must annually provide to each high 
school from which a student graduated before enrolling as a first 
time freshman in the institution in the preceding academic year the 
following information:
		(1) the number of students from that high school the 
institution accepted for admission in the preceding academic year;
		(2) the number of students from that high school who 
applied to the institution for admission in the preceding academic 
year but were not admitted;
		(3) the class rank required of a student from that high 
school to be granted automatic admission under Subsection (a-1) in 
the preceding academic year and the average grade point average 
corresponding to that class rank; and
		(4) the projected class rank that will be required for 
automatic admission to the institution from that high school in the 
following academic year.
