Amend CSSB 204 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
437.022(b)(6), Health and Safety Code (page 1, line 44), strike "; 
or" and substitute ";".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
437.022(b)(7), Health and Safety Code (page 1, line 47), strike 
"consumers." and substitute the following:

consumers; or                                                          
		(8)  a grocery store, except for a separately owned 
restaurant located inside a grocery store to which this section 
otherwise applies.
