Amend CSSB 261 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 
724.012(2)(A), Transportation Code (page 1, line 40), strike 
"arrested" and substitute "convicted or placed on probation".
	(2) (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 
724.012(2)(B), Transportation Code (page 1, line 43), strike 
"arrested" and substitute "convicted or placed on probation".
