Amend CSSB 298 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, in added Article 65.04(k), Code of Criminal Procedure 
(page 2, line 54), by striking "The law enforcement agency shall 
publicize" and substituting "Before beginning the operation of a 
sobriety checkpoint, the law enforcement agency shall publicize 
through the use of the media".
