	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 550.065(e), 
Transportation Code (committee printing, page 1, line 35), strike 
"or a governmental entity".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 550.065(f), 
Transportation Code (committee printing, page 1, line 43), strike 
"or a governmental entity".
