Amend CSSB 388 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 411.0207(b), 
Government Code (page 1, line 18), strike "law enforcement 
integrity unit" and substitute "public corruption unit".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 411.0207(e), 
Government Code (page 1, lines 52-53), strike "law enforcement 
integrity unit" and substitute "public corruption unit".
	(3)  In SECTION 2 of the bill (page 1, lines 58-59), strike 
"law enforcement integrity unit" and substitute "public corruption 
unit".
