Amend SB 395 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill as 
follows:         
	(1)  In proposed Section 115.003(a), Health and Safety Code, 
strike "seven members" and substitute "eight members".
	(2)  At the end of proposed Section 115.003(a)(6), Health and 
Safety Code, strike "and".
	(3)  At the end of proposed Section 115.003(a)(7), strike 
"Services." and substitute "Services; and".
	(4)  Immediately following proposed Section 115.003(a)(7), 
Health and Safety Code, insert the following:
		(8)  a representative of the Texas AgriLife Extension 
Service, appointed by the director of the Texas AgriLife Extension 
Service.
