Amend CSSB 434 on third reading (Senate committee printing), 
in SECTION 1 of the bill, as follows:
	(1)  In added Section 455.006(a), Transportation Code (page 
1, line 18), between "authorities" and the comma, insert "and with 
any municipality that has a mass transit department".
	(2)  In added Section 455.006(b), Transportation Code (page 
1, line 34), strike "and".
	(3)  In added Section 455.006(b), Transportation Code (page 
1, line 40), strike the period and substitute:

; and                                                                  
		(5)  be limited only to motor buses operated by the mass 
transit authorities or municipal mass transit departments in the 
counties specified by Subsection (a).
