Amend SB 490 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 117.111, 
Local Government Code (page 1, line 14), strike "2.2" and 
substitute "1.3".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 117.111, 
Local Government Code (page 1, line 15), strike "2.2" and 
substitute "1.3".
	(3)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in the amended heading to 
Subchapter E, Chapter 117, Local Government Code (page 1, line 20), 
strike "2.2" and substitute "1.3".
