Amend Amendment No. 2 by Coleman to CSSB 532 by striking 
proposed Section 157.0543(a)(2), Occupations Code (page 1, lines 11 
through 13 of the amendment), and substituting the following:
		(2)  provides without remuneration and in accordance 
with board rules voluntary charity health care services at:
			(A)  a clinic operated or sponsored by a nonprofit 
organization; or 
			(B)  a temporary facility operated or sponsored by 
a governmental entity or nonprofit organization established to 
serve persons during a declared emergency or disaster.
